The Zethoun are a humanoid species native to the planet Zethoun.
Their society is known to be headed by a Prime Minister and represented through a Council. In their culture, they opposed violence on several fronts and believe in intellectual development. However, they were eventually forced to recognize their need for a military following a war with the neighboring Stakoron.
They also maintained several colonies, including Grevan, Gelkot, Andross, Tarkat and the destroyed worlds of Farkoss and Toruk. Following the war, they were granted custody of Zeshtar and Taln III.
